What I did was microwave the rubber thingy so it would be easier to push through the hole. Worked out fineNew Toy Red 94 Formula LT1

I used a nice and cut a lot of material off of the grommet lip and got it on there, it was still a snug fit but it went in with a bit of elbow grease.99 3.8 Camaro
Intake Mods: K&N filter, Whisper lid, free ram air, !air silencer, !maf screen
Exhaust Mods: Flowmaster 80 series, 3\" I-pipe, 3\" Cutout
Suspension: Intrax Springs (2\" drop)
Misc.: Fan switch mod, Hayden transmission cooler

yeah, i just got mine and i had to use a pencil file to open the hole up a bit. In the directions they say that they hope it doesnt take as long to install as it does to read this...i say boo to that...cause it took me a good 15min to just get the filing right and wash out the lid. but my car sounds deeper and WOT sounds BADASS!!!WHEEEEE!!!
