Has anyone removed and replaced the exhaust manifold heat sheild on a 3.4 on the passenger side? Today I put my new exhaust on hoping it would get rid of the rattle Ive been having but it didnt. Upon further inspection I found that its the heat sheild on the passenger side. Im not sure if its tack welded to the manifold, if the actual manifold bolts hold it on, or if theres those little seven mm holding it on. Anyway if someone has done this was it a pain in the a$$? It doesnt look like theres much room in there but the rattle is very annoying. Any info would be great.
