Good, I musta been on crack. $200 seems really cheap though... how much for installation? I'm sure I could find someone on the board to help and save some cash, couldn't I?? Of course - if I get the Formula I'm lookin at, I might wanna save every penny...
I can get the address and phone for the Austin Performance shop that ordered mine if ya'll want.
I believe that the coating will raise the price to close to the RKSPort header price. I also believe that all the stuff to install comes with your order, but I couldn't swear to it.

So what does $202 include? Y-pipe? Coating? I want some more info...how hard is it to put headers on? I have access to a lift, and I want to do it myself, is it possible? I am definantly interested.
Jeff
They are not ready to go on the shelfs you got a line. They have the headers advertised in their flyers they send out and have part numbers but 3 months away and THEN they will be able to sell them after some kind of move? BS THey are not ready and probably not even completed being produced.
WAIT and hold on to your cash... Yes i know they have plans for them to come out but it may end up being longer than you want to be out of your money.
i would get them uncoated and send them to jet-hot to be coated i heard pacesetter uses a real crappy coating, but even if you did that it still shouldn't be that bad price wise
i was swimming in the carribean. animals were hiding behind the rocks except for the little fish, but they told me the squid\'s trying to talk to me. oink, oink. where is my mind?
CIA Headers for a 3.8L are $670.00 shipped.
I've been in contact with the guy there and we have been going back and forth through email. The problem I am having with the CIA's is that he can not guarantee me that they will fit on my 2002. He said that the ones he has are made for a '98 and he is not sure about a '02.
I'm trying to stay away from RKSport.
If you guys are getting headers that are coated and everything is included in installation, I'm in for a group order.
You've got my attention.
I also emailed the person from CIA, and as Sanguinary stated, they are 670 shipped. That's money I don't have. I'd be willing to go in with a GP (unless something changes). I'd like to have coated headers, but $200 is still a decent price.

there's no reason the CIA wouldn't work. i have a 99 and they fit and i know there's one with a 2000 that they fit on your's will be the same.

Hey guys, I have a '93 3.4L and I have the ceramic coated Pacesetter's on it. The coating and construction is very good on them...much better than RKSport. I might be able to get you guys a deal on them when they finally come out. My headers list for $330.48 from Nopi and I got them for $289 shipped if that gives you any idea on how much break I get. I don't want this to sound like an advertisement, but I want to make everyone aware that I might be able to help.
If you are interested, drop me an e-mail with your name and e-mail address. I will get in contact with Pacesetter and Nopi and see what I can work out.
