  • 3" exhaust size for a daily drive to big??

Hi everyone this is the question of the day is 3" too big for a daily driver the most
I am going to do to this car is
a whisper lid a GT cam pacesetter headers and
3" pipe back to a borla pro xs being a daily driver and not probably ever going to see the track most of the time I am driving between 2000 and 4500 rpm will this work for down low I wont even be getting the cam untill sometime this summer I am just trying to enhance what I have already and not make a race car out it
when I went to the exhaust shop and seen the 3" pipe it looked more like a chimney liner than an exhaust pipe for a V6
any input would be really appreciated
    Thanks!
    Jack

3" is fine for a daily driver. Many people have it and don't complain.

I love my 3" pipe, it made a big difference on sound alone, but high end power was noticeably improved as well.

what kind of sound difference would there be between a 3" and a 2.5"? generally speaking of course

I can't belive after all that you all are still hanging onto your old idea of "if everyone does it then it must be right" so many lemings...
