what are the stock sizes on the pipes going in and out on a 3.8? What cat should i get? any recomendations?

Stock pipe (S pipe) coming from the manifolds to the cat is 3" and enters the cat.
The cat constricts from 3" to 2.25", exiting out a 2.25" pipe to the muffler and out the tailpipe.
A Cat converter between 2.5" and 3" is optimal.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
