SLP Exhaust Question

I have a 1996 V6 Camaro, y87 Package.
I would like to put on the Loudmouth Exhaust and I have been doing some research on previous posts - heres what I have come up with...I think:

1. It can be done
2. I need the rear section of an LT1 bundle
3. I need a kit to convert it
4. Takes a bit of tweaking...I think

I found a few part #'s that have been tossed around, perhaps someone can tell me if these are what I need?

SLP Part#31039: Loudmouth exhaust for '98-'02 LS1 F-Body w/Dual-dual tips - $349.95
93-95 LT1 kit, #30045 - $69.95

Am I missing something - is there a fatal flaw in my research?
