Yes, it does come with 2 3inch stainless steel tips. You need to have a muffler shop fabercate an S-pipe though because the system does not some with one.2004 Dodge Dakota 3.7 litres of raw power!!<br />Nothing but a 6!<br />Do you know for sure? John 3:18Comment
