  • what to do?

Ok so ive got a crack exhaust manifold...ive had it for awhile but now its got to the point to where when it doesnt seal up when it gets hot anymore...so the question is should i get another stock manifold or should i go out and buy headers which would mean that i would delete my CAT and get the TSP Rumbler instead of buyin nitrous...what do u guys think?

I've got a set of 98 manifolds you can have for $25.

Well, if you get headers, you'll need the y-pipe too. Probably looking into spending about $230-$330 -depending if you want them coated or not. Installation can be costly too, unless you plan on doing it yourself. If you are considering N20, then you should get headers first. Get the engine breathing properly before modding it.
If you don't have the money right now, just buy the manifolds from WickedSix and get the headers at another time.

The Y pipe is the same as far as I know just they are tubular.

i think they changed the manifolds in 2000 if im not mistaken, but if they are the tubular ones for 98 then your existing 96 y pipe will not match up. you will have to cut around 4 inches out of it and reweld it, thats what i did
