  • Need 3" I - Pipe and a 3" S - Pipe...

First off I need to clear some things up... Is the S pipe the pipe that comes off of the cat and goes to the I pipe?

And if I am correct on that point, where can I find 3" S pipe and a 3" I pipe?

I found out that no muffler shops can bend pipe that big in town, but they will weld it up for me... I was happy and a little confuesed when I was under the car today at the muffler shop that I have a 3" in and 2.5" out cat which goes to a 2.5" s-pipe which goes to 2.75" I-pipe which goes to 3"... seems a bit stupid IMO.

Advance auto parts sells 3" dynomax I pipes for around 80 bucks. Just tell em you need an exhaust pipe for a 97 Z28. They come it two pieces. You need both, the over the axle and I pipe. Jegs sells the 3" U bend pipe that can be easily be made for the S pipe for 20 bucks. Unfortunately, I don't have the part numbers for neither.

I'm selling a 3 inch catback including muffler and tailpipes, S-pipe, I pipe, and over the axle pipe by Pacesetter for $100 plus exact shipping. But if you're interested make me an offer?

The thing is that I already have 3" going over the axle... just need the straight pipe to the S-pipe and the S-pipe... Is the dynomax pipe aluminum?

Yep, the dynomax pipe is aluminum. Since you already have the over the axle pipe, you can just order one of the pieces.
