Im looking for a price on an SLP Loudmouth setup, but i cant find any systems for a 3.8 they are all for the 5.7! Does anyone know where i can find one, and any opinions for the kit are appreciated!
Thanks

The install kit is nothing that any REAL exhaust shop cant build for $25
I had mine, no install kit, fully welded (great welds too) with custom adapter pipe to fit the rest of the stock exhaust and some custom hangers built for $125... The welds were what got expensive But all in all, $125 was a HELL of a deal!

Uhm - no bends from the resonator to the cat converter --- once it crosses over the rearend, goes straight to the cat converter.. No bends needed, meaning mandral bends aren't required for it. All they have to do is fabricate the pipe that goes from 3" to the stock cat size.

Bull****, you have no idea what you're talking about! The I-pipe does NOT line up with the rear of the cat at all, the cat is about 3-4" to the left of it as a matter of fact. If it wasn't raining outside I'd go take a picture of the underside of my car and prove it to you. But take my word for it, you DO need a s-pipe to connect the I-pipe and cat.
And as for being aluminum, I prefer my stainless setup. Why buy a stainless cat-back and then connect it with cheap aluminum? I doubt it will rust like you said, but hey I see Honda's with 50k miles on em with rusted out mufflers all the time...

DarkSide is correct, it is not a straight shot. HOWEVER, the SLP kit is not mandrel bent last time I looked at one. It is a U pipe, cut in half and welded back together to make an S shape. If you consider that mandrel good, but it's not a real mandrel bend:)
Also, why spend $370 on that setup? Get the Rumbler starting at $225!! It sounds better, and one of your favorite sites' sponsors makes this system

haha - I never said the kit was not bent, I said mine wasn't bent Mines a straight shot to the cat converter. LOL. Mine goes from the manifolds, stock bends to the cat, then straight out the back to the dual outlets. Its almost a straight shot from the motor back on mine :D

Matt you and your shameless self promotion! I'm not completely certain but my s-pipe was very smooth inside and out, but I'll have to look at it again to see if its just a hacked and welded U-pipe like you said.
And KBeezy, it sounded like you were talking about all V6 exhaust routing, not just your own. I didn't mean to sound hostile, I just don't want people to get the wrong info you know? Nice setup though, was that when it was new cuz it's all shiney!
