  • Louder Idle sound.

I have Flowmaster 80 series exhaust and I am wondering if there is any way I can make my idle sound louder. Please help thanks.

Well you can get a Cutout but it will not be that much louder, unless you do something with the stock cat.

....or stick the cutout before the cat.

Trust me, even at idle the cutout is WAY louder than a flowmaster 80, try a high flow cat larger diameter pipes or some headers.

A highflow cat will have more affect than a larger I pipe. It did wonders to my dynomax system which only had a mellow idle at first.

Well since he has a 02 it might be better just to stick with the stock cat. I dont think he will see much difference in a highflow cat and the stock cat that is on his car now.
