I plan on getting a 3'' s pipe, and 3'' i pipe, along with 2.5'' tailpipes. I figured that if i got the jcwhitney catback and just replace the muffler it would save me money. I hear that the catback for the 3.4 is 2.5'' and necks to 3'' at the muffler, is that true? If it is, then I would want to get the one for the LT1, but do i get the one for the 93-95 or the 95-97 V8? I have a 2001 Camaro, And I will be putting on a b&b triflo muffler(3'' in/dual 2.5'' out) on. Unless you guys find where I can get 3'' s pipe, 3'' i pipe, and 2 2.5'' tailpipes for 150 or less, please let me know. I will be keeping my stock cat on for now...I just want to know if it would be easier to just get the catback from jcwhitney and use the pipes...

I got it off a guy who cut it off and it had about 6k miles on it. I was very lucky to get that deal cuz he sold it to me for about 80 bux.
