Tell me about it! It took me literally 2 hours to get that SOB off! But it was worth all the cursing and swearing, i def. notice a difference, esp. at top end. Can't wait for my whisper lid to get here (although they should have been shipped together damnnit  )

Did you order from LMPerfomance? I did back on Feb. 24th and I'm still waiting, and they fed me some crap like there was a back order and it shipped out on the Monday. It would have been nice to know that they are slooooooooooooooow as hell. Looks like they won't get any repeat business from me

Yea i ordered from LMPerformance too. The CAI was shipped quickly enough, but i still have no word on the whisper lid... which is quite annoying really. I emailed them, so we'll see what they say. Kinda peeved cuz i was stoked that it was on sale for only a hundred bucks (seems to be like 150ish on most sites).

no you don't, you are looking at the wrong directions. I have a 93 3.4l and I had the SLP CAI before I sold it and all you do is remove the old intake, slide the new one in, snap down the block off plate, remove the splash gaurd and install the filters. You don't have to unbolt the raditor or take off the bumper and fender, your friend is a retard if thats the way he did it

Are you kidding me? I have a SLP CAI on my TA, which has less room up front then a 3.4. You don't need to remove the bumper, fender, or radiator

Its simple, remove crappy stock intake, get the MAF situated onto the new SLP intake, then slide it into the slot, undo all the crap plastic underneath and attach filters. Done, took me 30 mins cause it was cold and i couldn't really feel my fingers.

But to removing all that ****
