I wouldn't worry about it. After I put on my headers I got the light for about 3 days. After that it hasn't come on (about 2 and a half months now). Just wait and see if it goes off by itself.

I got the EGR tube fixed, so its nice and snug to the header. I still have the SES light though. It may be my o2's cuz my A/F gauge is actin wacky also. I also have a small leak on the passanger side so im goin to double check my studs.

if you hit the 02 sensors to hard or something you might have ruined them...but check the leak first

If you were running an open ypipe then you didn't have a post cat O2 sensor. That would have triggered the SES.

I tightened up the studs and bolts on the header todya and it quiet down the leak a good bit.My SES light finally went off to. So it looks like it was the leak. I'm goin to triple check my studs again to make sure they are tight cu I know after they heat up you can snug them some more.
