Its been on for almost a week now and I like it so far. I'm trying to find a shop to cut that stupid cat out of the way. It will sound really nice once I have that done. Got some cool dual/dual tips also. I have pics but need help posting them. I'll try to post in appearence once I learn how.

I wouldn't get rid of the cat unless you've got some 02 sims... even then it's going to have a lot raspier sound, the cat helps smooth out the sound a lot, if you cut it out replace it with a bullet or glasspack...

Im cutting out my cat and just putting a pipe instead . It should sound really nice with my headers and it should be alot louder. Oh and there is nothing you can really do about the raspy sound , I recommend you get headers and it should sound really nice with not alot of rasp.

FYI: A glass pack can also be a substitute for your cat, so you can at least seem street legal as far as noise goes and get rid of that awful popping noise.

I dont think you can get rid of that popping sound with a glass pack , remember its a V6 . Plus I would just rather take off the CAT and have it really loud .

yup get rid of the cat and you gotta go with a simm... it'll throw an ses light... put my cutout in place of it and haven't had any problems with it since... good luck

What affect does the SES light have on the performance and/or engine.
