Ok heres a few questions first. I will be using it at the track only.
1) If I get a cutout put before the cat, will I need an o2 simulator?
2) The pipe before the cat is 3inch correct?
Thats about it. Thanks.

I *think* the pipe is 3", I *think* our cats are 3" in 2.25" in out.
But I do not know for sure
But, if noone else knows for sure either, then:
pi*3 = 9.42
pi*2.75 = 8.635
pi * 2.5 = 7.85
Measure the circumference of the pipe, and if its close to 9.42", its 3", if 7.85", its 2.5", etc.
Not the most accurate method in the world, but you have about an inch of wiggle room in the circumference, should be good enough.
Use some string or floss or something, mark/cut it, and measure on a ruler or tape measure. I don't think a tape measure would wrap around well enough for it.
