    The muffler and tips, yes.

Better than the V6, it will be a tad quiet but it won't rice out hardly any.

Yes, it is a 2.75" catback into a 3" stainless muffler with the 3" rolled stainless tips.

all v8 exhaust from the 95 and up camaro and trans am, are about 2 1/2, where as the v8 camaro and firebird, are 2 and a quarter, which makes for better sound, thats where you get the deep rumble for the V8. SO, yea I think you will feel and hear difference when installed.

Wrong, sorry bud. From 1993 and up the stock exhaust pipes on ALL V8 Fbodies are 2.75". On the SLP SS/WS6 there are different options that differ each year that can be upgraded to a 3" muffler and/or a 3" full catback.

greg...I bought the same set-up you're looking at. The I-pipe is 2.75", the tailpipes are 2.25", no they're not stainless, except the tips on the tailpipes.
One problem, though, is mating up your s-pipe the WS6 I-pipe. WS6s have dual cats, so the y-pipe is behind the transmission, and comes together in the driveshaft tunnel, about where our s-pipe enters the tunnel. So, you're stuck with a 2.25" s-pipe coming our of the cat. I just ended up putting the tailpipes on, and I am going to use the muffler for barter, and the rest of the pipes for future use. Hope that helps.

a good exhaust shop shouldn't have any problem putting on the exhaust however right? I won't be doing the installation myself, but I shouldn't have to tell the place the stuff you noted (Even though it probably wouldn't hurt), right?

Yeah, a good shop should be able to do just about anything you wanted.
