You'll pay between $270-700 for a good catback.

There are an entire array of options from Hooker, Edelbrock, Flowmaster, Dynomax, Magnaflow, GMMG, Corsa, Borla, and probably some I left out.

Find any soundclips you can and try one - you're going to probably be better off doing that than asking this board for "exhaust sound opinions" which has been asked a million times before

I agree, there are TOO many mixed opinions about exhaust sounds/performance and what brand to go with. This one is up to you. I love flowmaster.

I think flowmaster would probably be your best bet, especially if cost is an issue. I was seriously looking at Borla, but I haven't found a Borla system (cat-back) for under $500. I've seen them as high as $780. But flowmaster makes good mufflers, and they sound real mean! Once you get your exhaust system free enough you'll probably start to hear a popping, which glasspacks can take care of.

          Thanks,
          Eric

flowmasters suck sound wise. and they are pretty restrictive too. go with something like edelbrock or dynomax if you are looking for a full catback. if you want just a great sounding muffler and stock pipes for cheap, i have a magnaflow muffler i will sell you. i'll give you a really good price on it and the sound is honestly incredible. my friend has an edelbrock 3" catback and both me and another of my friends say mine sounds better. if you want it, you can have it for really cheap. email me.
