    i bought the non ceramic headesr off pace setter the painted black should i use that heat tape before i install them let me know i am about to install them as soon as my abbot gaskets get here which should be soon

    No, experts will tell you that heat wrap will cool the engine bay temps, but increase the heat of the headers underneath the wrap, casuing them to crack.
