  • Need some help for my Drag/Street Setup

Hey. I already have my Intake Modded.

I currently have Pacesetter Ceramic-Coated Headers on their way to my house, and a 3" Carsound-Cat Sitting next to me. I need to finish this off.

I was thinking about a 2.75" Dynomouth Setup. I don't want to loose too much low-end, but I want it to breath freely up top. My exhaust shop should be able to install/make the cat-back.

How does that sound? I hope to have this done in time for AIS3. Also, check the "For Sale" Section! I need to get rid of that!

    Thank you

If I were you, dont worry about the back pressure thing dude. If you want a race setup - go with a cutout right after the cat converter - or better yet before it and run essentially "open headers", your car wont "lose" low end power, it will just move it to the top end which is where you want the power the most. Trust me on that one, why do you think race cars run open headers 99% of the time?

I said Drag/Street. I also don't want an insane amount of volume either. Thank you though.

Thats why I suggest a cutout. You open it at the track and close it on the street. Get a nice mild sounding muffler and you're set.
