I just had my pacesetter headers installed (got ripped off $744 just for the install, took the idiots 14 hours.) and any way the steering column is grinding on them and even making sparks. The shop said they noticed this and heated and dented it a little bit. But obviously its still hitting. What's the best way to fix this problem anybody??

You may need to adjust the steering linkage a little bit, my headers don't scrape at all against the knuckle but when I did my install I disconnected the linkage completely and later reattached it, there is a little bit of play in the linkage, especially where it connects to the column, and rack, I would recommend seeing if you can move it some, and then tighten down the bolts again.3.42 gears w/ LSD,
Headers, Cat delete, Loudmouth,
SLP intake, K&N, Whisper Lid,
EGR delete

I never had a problem of the headers grinding on anything. They really can't charge you more then the quote, at least I think.1999 Pontiac Trans Am M6 Far from stock.....
