Ok ive got a 3.4L with a Flowmaster 80's series dual outlet and my cat went bad, so i took it off and gutted it. Its real loud but doesnt sound as good at all, so my question is, is a high flow cat gonna let to much air through and sound like a gutted cat or is it goin to sound more defined and deep like the stock cat. Because i dont wanna spend 60 bucks on a high flow cat if its gonnna sound like a gutted cat.
