installing o2 guage..need help

i have a dynotune digital o2 guage i need to install. what o2 sensor do i use. also there is only 3 wires, one is power, one is ground, but where does the 3rd wire go.. and what color is it. thank you

Well, this is for an air/fuel ratio guage right?
I installed mine and the first time I spliced into the stock 02 sensor.
1 wire for power
1 wire (black) for ground
1 wire (sender unit) for reading.
If you are splicing into the stock o2 sensor then it goes into the one just before the cat.
You will find 3 wires on the o2 sensor, black, red and purple. The purple is the one that you can get a reading for the air/fuel ratio guage.

I did this and I found that my bird would eventually get a check engine light due to low voltage for that particular o2 sensor.
I eventually bought an autometer o2 snesor install kit for my bird.
You would weld in 1 extra bung into your exhaust and add a 5th o2 sensor. This added o2 sensor is just for the guage and guage only.

I've done it before and found out what works and what doesn't.

one is power 12v one is the ground and the other gets the signal from the 02 run a wire from 02 sim to the third wire

on mine it was

red -power
black-ground
purple-signal
