I saw the post about cleaning the K&N filter below and had my own question. I was just wanting more details of how to actually clean it. Just in a bucket with water and regualar soap (any specific kind?) And what kind of oil needs to be sprayed on it, I don't have any. The filter has been on my car for almost one year now, probably time to clean. Just need specifics on how to. Thanks.
Get a filter cleaning kit
They sell it at autozone or any other big place like that.
Dont use soap and water...they have a special spray for it to clean it and a special oil for it.
