• Whisper lid and K&N

I got my Whisper lid and K&N filter installed today. I already had the SLP CAI, so that helped it out a lot when I added those. I wasn't sure about the... MAF sensor? Is that the name of that plug? Anyway, I got it in the new high-flow lid. It may need a little tweaking yet, not sure. The car idles slightly weird now.

So now, I have Flowmaster exhaust, SLP CAI, Whisper C/F high-flow lid, and K&N filter. Could someone tell me approx. what horsepower gain I am looking at, total? I drive a 2001 Camaro.

Thanks,
Manning

probalbly 7hp-10hp. unless you go by what the companies say, if you go by that you gained about 50hp! but beleive me you didnt get that much. it will help out more when you put more mods on though.

I have only a whisper lid, !FRA, K&n and !MAF...

if you got 7-10hp with your Flowmaster exhaust...
It means that I've only won 3-4 hp...
No way, 3-4 hp are not noticeable
And I feel the added power

Surely not 50hp... 15hp maybe

Why the hell we don't have dyno sheet with the differents mods?

I can't put my car on a dyno here in France...
Has someone gor Stock dyno Sheets vs Mods sheets?

Thanks for the responses. I was thinking I probably got somewhere around 20 hp. Whatever it is I got, it is definitely noticable. I have much more top-end power now than I did have. I could tell a lot more usage is being noticed from my CAI after I got the K&N filter and whisper lid. The three work together very nicely! My next mod will probably be suspension (eibach).

Top end is where you would notice most of the mods you put on.
