I just installed my stage2 jet module today and ive heard that people recommend getting a 160 degree thermostat as well. should i? i have a 00 autov6 camaro with pacesetter headers/k/n fipk intake/flowmaster catback exhaust/hiflowcat.. etc.
what would the main differences be? i searched but couldnt come up with an answer to my particular question. thanks!
It is suggested by the manufacturer and might add a little more power because the chip is obviously designed to run on a cooler engine. I don't think that it will add that much more power, but for $15 or so bucks, may as well do it.
