magnaflow question

is this everything i'll need for a LT1 magnaflow in my '99 3.8 maro?

magnaflow 3" LT1 kit for a 97 maro

a carsound universal short oval body 94100 series w/02 boss

18" bullet resonater ( i dont need it but i heard it will make it sound even better)

will i need anything else? like an S-pipe? and will that cat work?

looks good but check out graymans site at the top of the exhaust section. Bout the same as me and him have, sounds nice [img]smile.gif[/img]

the LT1 magnaflow comes with an s pipe.

you will need two extra 3" u-bolt clamps for the cat to s pipe/y pipe...until you get it welded.

I used two universal hangers on each tali pipe. about 3 bucks each. real strong and no bouncy bouncy with two hangers. you can also use your stock v6 tail pipe hanger pins....if you feel like hacking them off and welding OR have new pin hooks made...but 12 bucks in universal hangers is real easy. I used the stock bolts and bolt holes on the undeside of fram rail...you will see...just remove the stock 'rubber' chassis mounted hanger. use those bolts and bolt holes to hang the tail pipes.

It sounds great but it is loud...even with the two mufflers. the bullet does cut down on the high end as well as the droning....but when you punch it is LOUD.

12" universal oval cat. check if your car has a AIR TUBE on the cat before you order. I think your part number in first post is different than mine...it probably works...double check on my site if you like.
