Im looking for specifics to the pacesetter design... not the rksport leaking headers, everything has its own little squarks that need to be accounted for.
Matt I know you know how to put these things on, gimme a write up =)00\' firebird v6 5spd<br />201rwhp ---- 230 rwtq<br />\"Everyday I grow stronger...and further from you.\"<br />WARNING: Do not take any of my comments seriously unless they are technical in nature and then only at your own risk

Clark: If that is pacesetter's instructions I'm in trouble lol.
Matt: Good enough for me then, those instructions and other random ones around the web should be good enough. I've heard you need to pull down on the y-pipe when you install it to make sure it doesn't hit anything once the exhaust is all hooked up.
Loochy: Thanks for the write up very helpful, that and the instructions should keep me from removing something I should have (drops engine on foot *DAMN* drops transmission on leg *DAMN DAMN* )

Before you tighten the flange bolts, you always wanna have the rest at least in place where it will hang after you're done. That way when you finish hooking everything up, the adjustments are already and you don't have to unhook everything and redo it.
Hardest part was probably taking off the old heat shields, nothing serious, but they are a PITA. And it's recommended that you torque the header bolt starting from the inside around the middle cylinder, and work out from there to insure a good seal.<a href=\"http://www.fullthrottlev6.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.fullthrottlev6.com</a> THE SOURCE!
