Rumbler

Well rumbler is having that awsome sale and i really want to get in on it, but here is my thing. I use my car everyday for work and i need to go see clients, and the thing is that Rumbler really is to loud for a system that i am going around and seeing clients in. I know there has been alot of discussion on what to do to quiet it down, and i know it quiets down after a week or whatever, but has anyone actually bought the system and experimented with some of the stuff trying to quiet it down a little? Like putting a additional bullet in? Or removing the glasspack and putting a muffler in? Or anything? Thanks.

The muffler is the system, wahts the point in getting this if ur taking out the glasspack? It is gonne be pretty loud for some people. You might want to look at something like the Magnaflow system.

The Rumbler is on sale for 175 dollars thourgh July 15th. I am putting my order in tomorrow and getting a 3" magnaflow carsound cat too. Ohh snap, its gonna be loud.

its not that loud trust me during idle and a little above it sounds great then if your driving and you would be usually in 3rd gear and you feel its too loud then just stuck it in 4th and coast and its not loud at all

I know that it is going to be to loud for my work. I just need to know if i can get her to quiet down or not.
And the reason to buy it is cause of the design.

it might be too loud for work, but i doubt it will be too loud for you. i have headers, 3'' cat, and rumbler and my idle is very tame. when i get on it the exhaust wakes up. ;)

3.73 gears......3 inch exhaust system and when driving down the highway at 75 miles per hour you dont hear anything.

if your weighing professional work image and modding your f-body, buy another car. I have headers and 3" Magnaflow and DO NOT drive it to client meetings.... at least not for the first meeting or until I have a signed contract. I end up borrowing my wifes car. I just feel like I lose all credibility driving the bird in when Im usually meeting with posh yuppy types.

their shipping is usually pretty good. took maybe 3-4 days to Pittsburgh for the few orders Ive placed through them.

3.42 gears and 3 in exhaust and at 75 it drones like a b**** and rattles everything in the car...
