    ok, so far we have established that you did not have the blower when you ran the 02GT, correct? This being the case I'll stick to my first statement, I find it hard to believe that you even held off a 5 speed car from a roll, that was not only higher in hp, but torque, all the while you being in a 205-207 hp car (an auto to boot)

    ok, this statement was directed to the blower question, look above. I wwas asking if you had the supercharger on your car when you raced the 02. I dont care how your car did against the 03, that isnt whats in question.

          look man this conversation is done...the 02 mustang GT was top end do we comprehend that...top end is notgoing off a rolling start it was going 60 + (GET IT LIKE TOP-END)and i said i hung on with the 02 end of conversation..maybe i mislead by the way i wrote it. but i read over it and am comprehending it fine..so not being a jerk man, but im not here to prove to you or anyone my car is fast..but rather to simply gain more knowledge for future mods.

          thge transam that ran 12.50..i never beat but will one day with a V6..i was in a process of building an lt4 but fell in love with the grand nationals and said my camaro will run just as fast with the right mods..the WS6 has the whisper lid..QTP headers not cats and slp loudmouths..dyno tuned at approx 357rwhp and i believe 370or 365 rwtrq. he spun them with slicks by the way.. hes a memeber with ls1.com..... it turns out the headers on the WS6 were definitely restrictive.. this post may arouse confusion if so look p QTP headers he aslo got the nostril kit which he claims he noticed a gain but thats his thought..not mine and he knows his car better then me.

            Oh im on your side ponyrunner69. Im not surprized at all that you hung on! I raced my buddies 01 stang gt with my bird when it was still 100% stock and i hung on with him as well. It was actually a mirror image run. We did a rolling start and stayed neck and neck the entire time upto 70.We even chirped second at the same exact time right next to each other. Im not sure the hp changes in years with the stang but i do know that the 01 4.6 is around 225 hp and 280 torque. But my car has more gear than his .This is why i could hang with him. Them ford engines are torque monsters! The 460 V8 only has 300hp but yields a nut dropping 500 ft lbs of torque!

              i hear you man but i just hope he understands what i mean by TOP END..its normal for arguments just lets keep em healthy next time and you can use another word when adressing me and other people next other than "THATS A BUNCH OF BS." no offense brother but i dont handle that type of language directed towards me that well. i treat people with respect and expect it in return..no hard feelings man..but email me at DUMPSTERDAN20@hotmail.com and we will talk from there.

                BTW i dont chirp in 2nd gear with my bf goodwrench traction tas. Great tires but only rated to 120 mph. But i say once you can get to 120 in the 1/4 mile its time for drag slicks because doing 120 anywhere but the track is stupid.

                      ya whatever man, its done and over now..the gt is a fast car ...from 0-60 its over for me (until dyno tuning and i get the parts i got in my garage put on) but once they shift from 4 to 5th gear its over.they fall on their face. ive seen a gt supercharged(vortech ) run a 16.5 at the 1/4 mile last week ..obviously the guy had problems..but stock i have seen them run 14.4-14.7 professional though 14.1
