Intake and Exhaust horsepower

Realisticly how much horsepower is gained from a cold air intake and a complete cat back system flowmaster for example?

for a 3.8

Intake and cat-back around 15 more RWHP. (right around 185 to the wheels give or take a few)

With a full exhaust to include headers, high flow cat and large mandrel bent piping. Near 20 more RWHP. Putting you around 190 at the wheels.

I would say MAYBE 10hp at best.

hot rod magazine dynoed a gain of 10 on a completely stock 3800 going to 2-1/2" flowmaster cat back. i think bliggida's figures are pretty reasonable.

whisper lid, filter, and its actually a 2.25in flowmaster muffler.. i pushed more than 185 to the ground =)
