  • Exhaust question

Don't tell me if you think this is a good idea or not, or if you think it is a waist of money if you haven't done it, cause i don't care what you think!
Now i just want to see if anyone has done this. Has anyone had an exhaust shop bend 3 inch piping from the cat back and install a 3 inch high flow cat, but install it all up to the stock muffler with an exhaust reducer? If so have you gained any power worth some money? I am thinking about doing it purely cause i don't want a loud system, i really can't have a loud exhaust system and i won't deal with rice up top.

because he wants to know if there will be any gains.

havent done it, or even heard of anyone trying it. I think the stock muffler will still prohibit flow and keep you from gaining any performance. You might look at the piping with a v8 take-off exhaust. The Y-87 package come with dual turn-down tips but still isnt loud stock by any means .

      Good luck!!
