Also, does Pacesetter make decent headers? I noticed they have 3.4L ceramic coated ones for like 300.

I know a lot of people on this board have opinions on this particular exhaust. The exhuast is all aluminzed and fits easily with no mods. I recently installed it on my 94 3.4 and i think it sounds great. Sounds like a v-8 until 3000 rpms just like every other muffler. I have no regrets
about this pacesetter exhaust and would recomend it. Flowmaster, dynomax, etc. are great too but i heard the interior resonance is much more.
Its all in what you like. just my .02
