And now i am waiting for my 3"in/out cat. So the question is how much should I be looking at for the install of the Rumbler(and fabricating a s-pipe) and the cat? I dont want to go to the first shop and get ripped. So im asking for a ballpark here. Thanks.

exactly the same
if you don't have to pay for the s pipe fabbing then don't spend more than $150
I went to a little shop up here and got charged $120
I was pretty happy to say the least
they welded everything
all is solid
actually I wrote it out down here

I would say start to finish anything under $150 is fair
Don't take the clamps with you
leave them home
make them weld everything
