Alright, this is crazy how nobody has had this problem when putting on the headers but anyway, when he finished everything and went to put the dipstick back in, the dipstick runs into the block. he has tried bending it and everything and still no luck. anyone have any advice on why its like that or how to fix it?

Maybe it got bent while it was off the car. It attaches to the second bolt (from the front) and should plug right back into the block under cylinder three. Easy to bend but you should not have to.01 Camaro A4 Convertible
