  • Engine rev

Hey my engine revs up pretty quick, but it seems to take a really long time to rev back down. Could this be an intake problem? I also have an error code for my O2 sensor.

No dude. No need to be an ***. I don't know a whole lot about that sort of stuff. That is why I asked.

It is the computer running open loop, it does involve the O2, well not realy. On start up the comp runs mainly off RPM, TPS and MAF.
It shouldn't throw a code if it is working right.
The O2 could be bad, even if you change it will still do it on start up when it is cold.
After the engine runs for a certain amount of time or hits a certain temp it goes closed loop and uses all the sencors to run the engine near as it can get to a Stoichiometric air fuel mixture.
