I have had my pacesetters on and have had problems ever since they were installed. Steering column rubbing, EGR bull****, and now my spark plug wires are next on the agenda.
The Problem:
On the passenger side cylinder bank. I believe its cylinder number 4. Its the one in the middle. The Spark plug wire Rubber connecter is touching my new manifold. This caused the rubber connector to crack and cause my car to run like shat. Now i have a new wire in there but i still have the contact between the rubber and the manifold. What have you done to stop this because the metal boot doesnt fit with the new header in place.
Also the Connection will become loose over time and it happens faster when i do a lot of heavy acceleration. It will fall off the spark plug and again my car runs like shat.
Any input on both or one of the problems would be great because i have yet to run these headers without a problem and anxious to get my car running without having to worry about connections, leaks, or rubbing.
