  • Pacesetter Headers

    does anyone have any installition tips for the passanger side for installing the Pacesetter heads, it looks like a black box is in the way for getting the back bolts out

      i think i cracked this so called black box pretty bad on my install but it hasn done anything bad to my car... that is of course if were talking about the same black box. It was in the way of getting the heat shields off the manifolds for me.

        Only thing I broke was a couple spark plugs pulling the manifold off the car. I dont remember any black box being in the way?? Just jack the car up and get them from underneath. It takes some time but it isnt that hard, you just gotta get under there and do it.

          yeah, you definatly have to get under the car.

            Yes, you have to pull them out from under the car. Pull the plugs before you mess with them. I dont remember a black box either.

                Might need to unbolt the engine from it's mounts to get an extra inch or so of room to work with.
