I thinking about doing a little "tweaking" with my exhaust, i dont care about inspection, i am thinging about putting exhaust cut-outs before the cat, hollowing out the cat, hollowing out the mufflar, tell me what you think about all of this and any problems i might run into please...

If you want a cut out I wouldnt bother with gutting your cat.
