well guys i'm going to get a Z28 with in 2 weeks hopefully so i was wondering. i want to use a flowmaster 40 series but with the dual tail pipes how would you put it on becuase of the way our exhaust works. becuase our exhausts aren't regular duals so how if one side is inlet and has dual out on the other side how will that mount up???

You can put TRUE duals on an LT-1 or LS-1 or, the exhaust shop can cut another outlet hole in the muffler. Rogers Exhaust Shop in Winchester KY does it all the time.

my cousin bought a flowmaster 40 series for his 2002 ws6 and took it to Muffler Man and said install it. so they did.
I think the 40 series has 1 inlet dual outlets just like the 80.Comment

The 80 series sucks is the problem. I've owned one, I know. I had the exhaust shop throw it away after a few months. The 40 series sounds 1000 times better. The 80 series is a 2 chamber muffler just with a cross floe design.

what kinda z28?
