    It wont FIT?!?

    Went to a local muffler shop (well probably the 5th i've gone to) to have my cutout installed.

    Well we got the car up on the lift and it seems as though there isnt enough room anywhere to put it. I wanted to put it after the cat but before the muffler.

    We weighted some options and it doesnt look good. One spot that it would fit at would be blowing exhaust fumes at the undercarriage of the car and that wouldnt be good. We could angle it more downward but then it might be to low and start scraping!!!

    AHHH, help me out.

    PLEASE, if anyone has pix of their set up....PLEASE POST, im begging! :D Thanx guyz.

    no pics but mine hangs down prob right where you are talking about and i go over speed bumps everyday and no prob scraping and at the angle it points down no exshaust fumes get in the cabin[/LIST]

      A friend has his on the bend right before it goes into the muffler. He can uncap it without really getting under the car but has sinse decided to run around town with it uncapped so no longer an issue.
