changing 2.8 throttle body to carb.

I have a 1993 2.8 v6 with throttle body setup. Can I install a earlier 80's carb & intake. Plan is to install 2.8 & 5spd in my 1930 Model A Ford. Looks like it would be a lot simpler due to electronics, such as tank mounted fuel pump. Thanks, Mike

yes, get the edelcrotch intake. It gives you the option of putting on a 4bb carb. I'm not sure as to the distributor, as I haven't heard of a non-cc distributor for them, but there ay be an exchange for them, or just convert an 82~84 one.

Just a sidenote, in 1993, they didn't make 2.8s. It would be a 3.4L.
