Yes folks, I am a bleeping moron. [img]smile.gif[/img] I found out yesterday after fixing my Whisper Lid.
Get this, for the past few months when I went to close the clasps on my Lid they'd continuously pop back off - VERY ANNOYING. Well I got so annoyed with it I pulled off the lid and took a file to the tabs and to the places where the tabs go in.
By doing that, the lid went back further than normal when I gave it a shove and kinda *clicked* in place. I figured it was too far back, but I tried the clasps on it and VOILA - it sticks like OEM...
If any of you have an issue with your Whisperlid, just shove that sucker way the heck back there. If it won't stick, take a file like to the tabs/insert holes and shave off 1-2mm's of plastic (easy to do).
My lid creates such a sucking noise when I give it the goose now, its orgasmic [img]smile.gif[/img] I'm havin a ton of fun, I hope I helped out another WhisperLid ID10T here with this information [img]smile.gif[/img]
