I've got them. I had no problems with the paper gaskets that Pacesetter sent with the headers. I didn't soak them or any of that BS, just put them on and torque them properly andf they seal.
Better yet, use the stockers that are multi-layer steel!
I am now usng Felpro now, and zero leaks there.
I have had issues with the ball-joint flanges leaking after a while...but then I tighten them up and am good to go.www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

Instead of the header and y-pipe slipping over each other like on the LS1 LT's...these have a ball-joint flange. It's flared to fit like a puzzle on each end, and you have a plate with 2 bolts through it. These bolts tighten down to pull the two sides together.
The bolts from PAcesetter are not a good length for most cars and will leak, period if used. I got bolts with more thread so I could tighten them farther, and no leaks now.www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!

Yes, shorties they are. I got them from Texas Speed, of course!
And you put them on a 2000+ car because tubular manifolds still suck, period, no debating that. Just because they're betetr than the old manifolds, doesn't mean they don't suck.www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!
