I saw this website and the Loudmouth exhaust setup near the bottom looks as if it would fit my 97 V6 bird without any changes other than a few cuts and welds of my stock pipe. How do you guys think it would sound??

I'm getting it for my 97 bird as soon as i get my income tax return. I think all you need is the exhaust, a single cat LT1 kit...and I think thats it, you'll have to ask rich about the rest, but im sure thats all. I can't wait!!! As soon as I get it in, im going to to the muffler shop....see, you can use toto! Then: 1997 3.8L Red Firebird~SOLD!~<p>Now: 2002 Atlantic Blue Dodge Ram 1500

I would just point out that some of the V8 guys have had trouble with police and state inspections with the Loudmouth system. With the police it is a matter of opinion; if they think its too loud you may get a ticket. With the inspection, some have been failed because the sytsem is essentially a straight through system without a muffler. Some state legislation is more strict than others, so I would check that out.
Just a couple of things to consider before you drop the money for the system. Many have had no trouble but there are those that have.
