im putting my intake back and ive got it all in and i have no extra parts ut there is a 2 holes in the back of the intake what goes there its in the very back on the upper one i have a 99 and it look liek a plate or a sensor if you knwo please let me know thanks

Passenger side towards the back is the MAP sensor. I ended up taking mine off to make it MUCH easier to remove the fuel rail. Then there are the two rear mounting bolts that are pretty difficult to get to. Are any of these the ones? The part to put back in is in the first pic. It's part of your vacuum system, and links the vacuum of the brake booster and manifold. It is much like the EGR hookup on your driver's side manifold, one bolt holds it in place.
