Well I talked to my dad and he said it is a HUGE pain in the *** to make those gaskets and I can't find the material, so I'm going to go with the napa ones.
Does anybody know if NAPA even has a gasket for the 3.4? I was looking through summit and couldn't find a single exhaust gasket for a V6 and the NAPA website isn't working for me, every time I try to search there is an error.
So, anybody with links to a multilayer metal gasket for the 3.4?
I'm not too sure what gasket you are talking about. I assume manifold gaskets.
Anywho, I would think NAPA would be able to get it for ya. A lot of times they don't have the less common stuff onsite, but they can get in in a day or two for ya.
When I pulled my engine and re did pretty much all the gaskets above the heads I got the new ones at NAPA and Autozone.
Just watch out, sometimes they have problems with what their book says you need.
They gave me 2 different gaskets that they "said" were for my car, but were not. After which I had to FIGHT with them. For the upper intake gasket, I brought in my plenum and threw it on the desk and said "Show me how this fits"
After this whole deal, I'd prefer to go to Autozone for my gaskets. They use Felpro anyways.
