I am going to have my collectors cut off and my y-pipe welded to the headers. while i have my exhaust down, i am going to empty out my cat. am i going to to have to get an o2 simulator for the sensor behind the cat or will it not be off enough to mess up my performance.

Im not going to completely gut the cat out. it clogged right now. i am only going to be removing the beads and the clogging material. it should still work like its supposed to but just a little more free flowing.
