Mine didn't/hasn't throw(n) a code [img]smile.gif[/img] I didn't get rid of all the EGR stuff I just don't have it connected to my header.

Just get some aluminum plate and cut out some boxes to fit over the holes on the intake and header hole.
Dont bother with just blocking off the header. Take the hole thing off. It wasnt meant to suck up fresh air so just pull it out.
