I'm debating which size I should get also. In your sig. it looks like you already have a 3" cat. What's wrong with it?

Yes, I went with a 3"/3" since LT1 Hi-FLO cat since i have the Borla Cat Back. I got a 2'5"/2.5" coupler for the front and took it to a muffler shop and had the spread one side to3" to fit inside the inlet of the CAT. Clamped it all down and then took it to a shop and had it welded for $30.

I'm satisfied :) You don't have to wait to cahnge it if you do it yourself! Once it's on there is no reason anyone should question you unless you have some funky emission laws.
